Our products are specialized 1 of 1 creations of artwork and are considered as high fashion and high valued artwork. Therefore in order to return the product it must have a return request within 2 weeks of receiving the product. If the product was customized then the Collector is only eligible to receive half of the negotiated amount of the product value.

Our shipping times vary depending on the artwork purchased. Each Collector will get a round about the time of when their specific piece of art will be available for shipping. This will depend on several variables. Specialization involved, product being available as is, and if the request is fully customized and built from ideas. 

Our products are made with the finest fabrics and the graphics are completely hand stitched. We recommend that you DRY CLEAN 100% of the time to avoid any damage to the graphics
