Santonio Holmes was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He left collage early and was selected by the Pittsburgh Steelers in the first round of the 2006 NFL draft. Named MVP In Super Bowl XLIII, Holmes secured the Steelers' NFL-record 6th Super Bowl win after catching a six-yard touchdown pass from Ben Roethlisberger with 35 seconds left in regulation. He was the third Pittsburgh receiver to win the award, following Lynn Swann in Super Bowl X and Hines Ward in Super Bowl XL.
